Do you sell to the public or just builders?

We sell to both. Our products cater to home owners, renovators, builders and developers.

Do you only sell windows and doors?

No. Our products range from windows and doors to security doors and flyscreens even cut to size glass! For a full range of our products, please see our products link on the website.

Do you provide a free measure and quote?

Yes, we will happily send one of our representatives to your home to discuss your exact requirements at no charge and under no obligation.

 

Does the price include installation?

No. Given that each customers requirements vary, each job is priced based on a per job basis.

 

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes. We provide a 12 month warranty on mechanisms and locks, 6 year warranty on window and door products, 7 year warranty on standard powder coats and a 10 year warranty on Duralloy powder coats. This is all subject to the user adhering to the proper care and maintenance guidelines.   

 

  How long does it take for someone to come out & do a measure and quote?

We have a dedicated and driven sales team covering all the Sydney metro which means someone can come out to you within a couple of days from your inquiry, or at a time that suits you. On occasions, our consultants are also available after hours for your convenience.

 

  How long do I have to wait for installation?

Our lead time varies depending on the season and the size of your job. However our minimum lead time is 10-14 working days depending on the size of the job. Custom Powder-coated orders take an extra 5 working days.   

 

  Do you have automatic closer’s for sliding doors?

Yes. We use a auto closer which can be adjusted to a faster or slower speed to suit your needs.

 

  Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we take a 50% deposit to action your order.

 

How do I order?

The best method to order is to come in and see one of our sales team. This enables us to get to know you, run through your job requirements and sign off on the details.

 

How should I pay?

We accept Cash, Direct Deposit or Credit Cards.

Credit Cards have a 3% Surcharge.

 

  Do your windows and doors meet Australian Standards?

All Pioneer windows and doors, meet and in some cases exceed the Australian Standard.

 

Will you remove our existing windows and doors?

We are happy to remove and dispose of your old windows and doors, however this incurs a fee and by default we will leave them on site (to avoid inadvertently removing someone’s property). Please let us know if you would like us to dispose of them in advance.

  

How do I know when my order is complete?

Once we have manufactured your order, one of our sales team will call you to arrange an installation day and time directly with you. If your job is supply only, our sales team will call to arrange a delivery date.

  

I’m a busy person. Do I have to be home when my windows and doors are measured or installed?

Yes, it is ideal that someone is home while we are there. If someone is not present to accept delivery or installation we will re-schedule another time. This will incur a re-schedule fee.

  

What if the colour I want isn’t a standard colour?

We can have your order powder-coated with a large range of colours, but please note that this will incur an additional fee and we can not powder coat handles, closers & hinges..

 

My sliding doors and windows are not sliding properly. How do I fix this problem?

 

You need to replace the rollers due to wear and tear. To extend the life of rollers, vacuum the sill of windows and doors regularly to prevent dust and dirt build up which causes rollers not to work properly.
